Walk to End Alzheimer's
September 27th, 2023The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, held annually, is a crucial event in raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. This year, the event saw overwhelming success, and Tuscany Gardens made its mark through active participation and support. Our team showcased its commitment to the cause with fundraising efforts and by joining the walk held in Columbus, OH this past Sunday. Employees and their families participated in the 1.5-mile walk demonstrating their dedication to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s. During the opening ceremonies, everyone was invited to walk with a colored flower representing the variety of support. We join the Alzheimer’s Association and hope that one day a person will walk with the white flower as the first survivor of Alzheimer’s.
The Walk near the Scioto River is more than just a stroll; it’s a beacon of hope for countless families affected by this devastating disease. Tuscany Gardens is proud to be a part of these efforts toward critical research, support services, and public advocacy, ultimately bringing us closer to a cure.
