A Heartfelt Letter to Our Staff

All of us at Tuscany Gardens are so humbled to receive a letter like this from a recent family. It touches our hearts to feel the true impact our care has on residents and families alike. We know that finding a long-term care facility or rehabilitation center can be difficult, and we thank you for entrusting us with your care.

Since arriving in March of 2023, we have been very pleased with the caring staff. My husband has made good progress with his walking while at Tuscany Gardens. We are impressed with the exceptional availability, help, and results of working with the Financial Department. The Therapy Department, Nurses, Aides, and Doctors gave great patience, encouragement, and excellent care to help George improve, feel more comfortable, and gain confidence with all the new faces. They always answer our questions, providing great comfort to the family.

Overall, I (his caregiver) and all who have visited feel this is a very good place. We thank and applaud everyone, including housekeeping/laundry, maintenance, food service, management, and reception for the very good teamwork to make my husband's stay here healing and rewarding. Thank you.
