Celebrating 100% Occupancy at Tuscany Gardens

Tuscany Gardens is excited to report that we reached the goal of 100% occupancy within our halls! This outstanding achievement is only reached by the excellent service and care of our leadership and staff. We want to thank everyone who has helped us reach this goal!

Located in Pataskala, Ohio, Tuscany Gardens is a 123-bed skilled nursing facility that offers short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Word of mouth throughout the community has always been a staple for Tuscany Gardens. We appreciate all the great feedback we receive through reviews, testimonials, and sometimes even just passing someone at the Street Fair while wearing our Tuscany Gardens t-shirts.



It touches our hearts to feel the true impact our care has on residents and families alike. “The nursing staff and doctors provide excellent care and always answer our questions... We can’t thank our surrounding communities enough for entrusting us with your loved ones. Tuscany Gardens' team and leadership adhere strongly to the Foundations Heath Culture of Care standards. Following these care standards allows each of us to positively affect the community we live in as we work together as a team. We appreciate being able to serve members of our community, whether it be by changing bandages, working through an exercise program, mopping the floors, making activities available, prepping food, answering the phone, or even completing the necessary paperwork.
