Introducing Our Licensed Social Worker

We would like to introduce Tuscany Gardens’ Licensed Social Worker, Shelby Ebert! Shelby has been a wonderful addition to the team and has been with us since November 2022. Shelby has always loved working in the medical field and volunteering throughout her community, including helping to build houses through Habitat for Humanity. She has about four years of experience in different healthcare positions.

Shelby graduated from The Ohio State University in Spring 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a minor in Child Abuse and Neglect. Shelby graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude. She plans to return to Ohio State soon to continue her education in pursuit of the Master of Social Work (MSW) title.



Shelby works to help residents adjust to their new surroundings and make sure residents and families are aware of important services available during their stay here at Tuscany Gardens. She also helps serve as an advocate for residents and their family members if any concerns arise.

Shelby loves spending time doing one of her many different hobbies. She likes to crochet, travel, and spend time with friends, family, and her two dogs. Shelby, thank you for being an amazing part of the Tuscany Gardens Team! Our families, residents, and employees are so lucky to have you!
