Celebrating STNA Week!
June 21, 2022
Tuscany Gardens celebrated National Nursing Assistant (STNA) Week by treating our amazing STNAs to a special tradition we hold close to our hearts, Tie-Dye Friday! We are so lucky to have some of the best staff around. Their hard work, dedication, and compassion for our residents do not go unnoticed.
As some workplaces have casual Friday, here at Tuscany Gardens, we have Tie-Dye Friday! This tradition was started a little over a year ago, amid the pandemic, to add some fun to the week and bring everyone together as a team. Since we have already been doing this facility tradition, STNA Week was the perfect reason to treat our staff to some DIY tie-dye shirts. All of our staff members were encouraged to come and make a shirt. Some people enjoyed it so much that they made enough for their families at home! We loved seeing how excited everyone was to get creative with customizing their own shirts.

It was a bit of a messy endeavor, and even with precautions in place, there were a few happy accidents. Happy being the key word though, as the room was filled with joy. It was incredible to celebrate our STNAs in such a fun and meaningful way. Happy STNA Week!
We are excited to see everyone's finished product. Be sure to stay on the lookout for a group picture on our Facebook page!
